The whole process which started in December 2022 has been very smooth, accurate, timely and precise. Starting with the initial communication with Mr Fazel’s PA, Olivia through to the clinical team at Princess Margaret Hospital.
Whilst with Mr Fazel, I have found him to be very thorough, professional, honest and patient, covering all aspects of my surgery using non-clinical language enabling me to follow and understand the process. This, I found to be very reassuring and instilled a sense of confidence, care and expertise. Mr Fazel is always approachable and contactable either prior to or post-surgery which again reassures and demonstrates his high level of care and due diligence when dealing with his patients.
I am very happy with my surgery which was completed in January 2023, including the pre surgery assessments and the post surgery after care. I am still under Mr Fazel’s care with my next follow up in place. I would highly recommend Mr Fazel and his team.

Dr Fazel is not only an eminent, highly experienced and future-thinking surgeon whose record speaks for itself; from our very first meeting it was clear that he also genuinely cares about his patients and what they’re looking to achieve. This, coupled with his calm and confidence, gave me immediate trust that I’d be well looked after which has definitely been the case. The team around him too – from the wonderful Olivia to the incredible team at Wexham Spire – are all amazing and I’m massively grateful to them all for the outstanding care I received both during and following my surgery. I think the other telling thing is that every single person also speaks so highly of Dr Fazel – yes as a great surgeon but also as a great person who really puts his patients first. I underwent a breast reduction on 28 November at the Highgate private hospital. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I am a very nervous person, but I was instantly put at ease by the wonderful nurses at the hospital. I chose Dr Fazel as he has a very calm energy and he is also very honest.

Dr Fazel as always was calm and collected on the day of surgery, and he put me at ease even when I was very nervous right before the surgery. I trusted him 100% throughout and I am so happy with the results. I had a very easy recovery, the pain was almost minimal and that really surprised me. During my recovery, if I had a question or concern, Dr Fazel would get back to me within hours, he even called me late at night just to re-assure me when I had a question.

It has been a life changing surgery for me and I wish I did it years ago. I can now wear whatever I like and I have never felt better! I used to have terrible back pain due to my large breasts and that pain has now disappeared. I was a 34GG before surgery and I am now a D/E cup.

Dr Fazel is a wonderful surgeon and so easy to speak to. The team that supports him (admin & in hospital) are absolutely amazing and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My experience with Dr Fazel has been absolutely fantastic. From the day I had my innitial consultation to the day I had my most recent checkup (2 months post surgery) I have been well looked after my Dr Fazel and his team. I was a little nervous when I was initially considering the surgery, and was talked through my options is a great level of detail, and given the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted.

I was then given some time to go away and have a think about what I wanted before I had a second consultation and we discussed sizing and procedure. Once again I was given all the time I wanted to ask questions, and they were answered honestly, with no bother as to how silly I thought they were.

The day of my surgery was fantastic, Dr Fazel came to see me both before and after theatre. He has done a fantastic job, and I am over the moon with my results. I am now almost 3 months post-op, fully healed, and really pleased with my results. I cannot recommend Dr Fazel as a surgeon enough.

The quality of treatment and aftercare I received was outstanding. The staff are professional and make you feel comfortable and assured. Dr Fazel is an excellent surgeon and I am extremely happy with my results.

I can’t really put into words how easy and smooth my breast augmentation journey was! From the day I booked my first consultation I’ve recieved nothing but kindness and support . As for my surgery it was explained to me with no hidden extras which made my decision alot easier! Every team member I had the pleasure of meeting were amazing!

I had a breast enlargement (320cc textured silicone implants) with Mr Fazel and I couldn’t have asked for a better surgeon. He was so kind and supportive.

One thing that stuck with me during our initial consultation was that he said I had ‘Three options. The first is to do nothing at all because there is nothing wrong with [my] breasts. The second is implants, and the third is implants with a lift’. It meant a lot to me that the surgeon I chose was not pushing me to get the surgery and made it clear that it was entirely my decision at the end of the day.

Another thing I want to touch on is that at one point after the surgery I realised I was having an allergic reaction to the tape that had been put on the incisions. I Whatsapped his personal assistant and within 15 minutes I received a call from Mr Fazel (on a Sunday) to discuss my worries and to schedule an appointment that evening to ensure everything was 100% ok. I was very impressed by how quickly he and his team were willing to respond and it showed how seriously they took my health.

I would highly recommend Mr Fazel to anyone who is looking for cosmetic surgery. His whole team are so lovely and professional and I truly couldn’t have had a better experience.

And, I’m very very happy with the results!

I had a gynecomastia + 3 areas VASER liposuction (abdomen, chest, and full back). It’s been a week post-surgery, yet, I can conclude that I am very satisfied with the results, and if they stay like that for two months post-surgery, I don’t mind taking it.

I am a male in my late twenties who suffered from extra noticeable fats that disallowed me from wearing what I used to when I was younger. So, I consulted with Dr Fazel and explained my situation fully. He is a very much listening person who gives you full attention to understand your situation and comment after that. He took my measures and went through all the information related to my case, and finally suggested different possible plans, which I was happy with the surgery one.

I think the surgery took place two months after the consultation because we were away for the summer holidays. Meanwhile, I had a few questions from here and there, and he answered them through either Zoom call or his IG account.

The surgery was done at Highgate Private Hospital. I decided to stay overnight. The nursing and hospital staff were amazing. The anaesthetic came first and asked me a few questions, and went through the anaesthesia details. He is a very nice person besides being a great consultant, shame on me; I forget his name due to being so anxious:). Dr Fazel came after him and made his marks, and made sure that I had no last-minute questions and that all my concerns were addressed in details. I believe the overall surgery took around 4.5 hours under general anaesthetic, and I could walk independently three hours after the surgery.

Generally, I didn’t sleep very well for the first two days because of the pain and discomfort. Honestly, even with the painkillers, the pain is still there. I think this is different from one person to another. However, on Day 3, I was much better, and the pain was almost gone. The discomfort is still there, and it is tolerable.

Here are a few tips so far from my experience:
1) book as many MLD sessions as you can, it really helps with the swelling and bruising.
2) shave before the surgery, because the most thing I hate about the surgery is when they move the dressings to change them. The pain is the worst pain ever.
3) don’t think twice about Dr Fazel!

I will keep this post updated from now then. Overall, I highly recommend Dr Fazel to everyone. He is the best consultant I have ever met in my life. Also, I can’t write this review without saying thanks to his wonderful PA, Ms Olivia.

After 3 pregnancies I started to be insecure of the loose skin on my belly. I heard great things about doctor Fazel so I booked an appointment with him. After meeting him and discussing my concerns I felt comfortable to continue ahead with the procedure because he was incredibly attentitive and polite. Throughout the process I was well taken care of by the staff. Following my surgery I am exceptionally satisfied with the result, I finally gained my confidence back! I highly recommend Dr. Fazel, he is the best surgeon!
p.s. I had Liposuction, abdominoplasty and breast augmentation done.

I’ve seen a few surgeons before I met Mr Fazel, my first impression of him was great, he took the time to explain in a manner I would understand, no medical jargon! I had a breast implant removal without the uplift and I am so happy with the result and would recommend Mr Fazel without hesitation. Mr Fazel is an absolute miracle worker. I saw 4 surgeons before I had my consultation with him. I knew from the moment I spoke to him that i wanted him to preform my surgery and was in absolutely no doubt that he would do a fantastic job and give me the results that I wanted. He was extremely knowable and talked me through the steps to achieve the look that I wanted. I am over the moon with the results and extremely glad that I took my time and found such a talented surgeon.

I can not even begin to put into words how pleased I am with my new pert breasts. I had a reduction and an uplift. I am 5’3 and quite small framed, I went from an almost G cup to a much more prettier and perkier D cup. I’m only 6 weeks post op and am completely healed. It’s something I thought of doing for so long but put it off as I did too much online ‘research’ and scared myself. I can honestly say that I felt zero pain, although I did take pain meds for 3 days after op. I was slightly uncomfortable but that was it. Dr Fazel and his team were simply amazing from the consutation to operation and aftercare, just amazing. This is one of the best decisions that I have ever made, it’s changed my life.

I underwent a breast augmentation with 220cc and 230 cc Motiva implants, which got placed over the muscles.

Mr. Fazel has been authentic and kind from the first consultation to the final appointment. Communication could not have been better. E. g. he has been straightforward in clarifying the risks, upsides, and downsides of all possible options. His team is very responsive to any questions and inquiries. If I had complications after the surgery, someone would have been there to help at any time – either from the Refresh-Team or a nurse (Refresh provides emergency contact details).

The results look natural and perfect to me. Besides the appearance, it was also important that my everyday life as an active person would not be affected. I have started working out (tried what ‘feels right’) six/seven weeks after surgery. Within one week, I was e. g. able to swim (crawl), cycle, do sets of pull-ups, push-ups, snatches.

Very professional and experienced, I am so happy with the results of my surgery and cannot thank Mr Fazel enough.
