Benefits
RF energy works by stimulating collagen production. This helps tightens the skin and improves skin tone over the face, neck, and body producing a visible tightening effect, with minimal downtime or risks.

Expectations
The treatment is performed with the patient awake. A pad which emits RF energy is placed on the skin. The RF energy works on the deeper skin layers and is thus instrumental in helping to stimulate new collagen production and to tighten, lifting and toning ageing skin.
Treatments take approximately 20 minutes; more than one treatment may be required to acheive the best result.
FAQ
Who is suitable for RF skin tightening?
Patients who have small degrees of skin laxity with age are often the best candidates for RF treatment.
What happens during a RF treatment?
Whilst laying on the treatment couch, the RF pad will be placed across the area to be treated. Patients are fully-awake during the treatment and will be able to relax whilst the procedure takes place. There is no downtime so patients can return to daily activities immediately.
Is RF treatment painful?
As RF energy is delivered to precise depths under the skin, patients may feel a tingling, stinging or heating sensation. This only occurs whilst the treatment is taking place. This sensation indicates that new collagen is being encouraged deep within the skin, indicating that the treatment is working well.
When are the results of RF visible?
Improvement can be seen over a course of treatment, in most cases within approximately 4 to 8 weeks. This depends on the area treated and the body’s individual response time. Often a series of 6 treatments are recommended to produce lasting results.
How long do the results last?
In most cases, results can last for 12 months or more but do vary from patient to patient.
