There is no such thing as a ‘perfect’ breast size. Occasionally, the breasts do not develop at all during puberty; the nipples lay flat on the chest wall with no growth of the mammary gland tissue behind the nipples. This is a condition known as micromastia or breast hypoplasia.
For others, although the breasts may develop, they may be deemed too small for an individual’s frame or liking.
